Hello Pinewood Families and Scholars,

Welcome back to another incredible year of learning, leadership, and growth at Pinewood Elementary School! I hope your summer was filled with relaxation, positivity, and special moments with loved ones.

As we kick off the 2026–2027 school year, we have some truly monumental news to celebrate. Thanks to the relentless dedication of our teachers, the hard work of our scholars, and the unwavering support of our families, Pinewood Elementary has officially earned a "B" school rating! This milestone is proof of what we can achieve when we unite as one community.

Our vision remains aligned with the Orange County Public Schools mission: to ensure every student graduates inspired and prepared for a thriving future. Together, we are committed to providing a superior academic experience, essential life skills, and boundless opportunities for every child in a safe, positive, and loving learning environment.

This year, our focus is clear: "Game On: Leveling Up Academic Excellence!" We will continue to challenge our scholars to set ambitious goals, take ownership of their learning, and push past their limits to achieve academic greatness.

We know that strong schools are built on strong partnerships. I encourage our parents, families, and community stakeholders to join our School Advisory Committee (SAC) and get involved in our school-wide initiatives.
